MARCH 2009

Our 3rd and 4th grade students participate in the Salmon in the Classroom project through the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. We nurture and release over 200 Coho salmon. The 3rd and 4th students present the life cycle and parts of the salmon to our younger students. Each student releases a baby Coho salmon into the Hylebos Creek, which runs right through our school's campus.
